Catalytic combustion equipment will adsorb volatile organic matter activated carbon desorption, organic matter by efficient catalytic decomposition of carbon dioxide and water, to achieve activated carbon regeneration.
Can deal with benzene, alcohol, ketone, aldehyde, ester, ether, alkyl and other mixed organic waste gas. It can deal with organic waste gas produced by drying, printing tin, surface spraying, printing ink, mechanical and electrical insulation treatment, leather shoes adhesive and other processes.
 

Catalytic combustion technology can achieve more than 90% vocs removal efficiency at low temperature (250~350ºC), complete reaction, the generation of CO2 and H2O, is one of the most energy saving and efficient waste gas treatment technology. With the help of catalyst, the organic waste gas can be flameless combustion at low ignition temperature, oxidized and decomposed into CO2 and H2O, and emit a lot of heat at the same time. Catalytic combustion technology has the following advantages:

1. Low ignition temperature, saving energy:
Compared with direct combustion, catalytic combustion of organic waste gas has the obvious characteristics of lower ignition temperature and lower energy consumption. In some cases, catalytic combustion reaches ignition temperature without external heating.
2. High processing efficiency, no secondary pollution:
The purification rate of organic waste gas treated by catalytic combustion method is generally above 90%, and the final products are harmless CO2 and H2O(heteratomic organic compounds and other combustion products), and due to the low combustion temperature, it can greatly reduce the generation of NOx, so it will not cause secondary pollution.

 Adsorption: the waste gas by pretreatment to remove water, dust, oil mist and other granular substances, after a reasonable air distribution, so that it is evenly through the fixed adsorption bed in the activated carbon layer, in a certain residence time, organic pollutants are adsorbed to the activated carbon and concentrated, clean gas through the exhaust discharge.

Desorption: after a period of time, when the activated carbon reaches a saturated state, the adsorption stops, and the organic matter has been concentrated in the activated carbon. After that, according to the PLC automatic control program, the catalytic chamber will automatically heat up, and the hot air will be sent into the adsorption bed through the fan, so that the carbon layer will heat up and the organic matter will be desorbed from the activated carbon.
Catalytic combustion: desorbed exhaust gas is fed into the heat exchanger through pipes, and the exhaust gas is raised to a certain temperature before entering the preheating chamber. After heating in the preheating chamber, the waste gas is heated to the catalytic ignition temperature (350ºC), and then enters the catalytic reaction bed. Under the activity of the catalyst, the organic waste gas is oxidized to generate harmless water and carbon dioxide, and emits a certain amount of heat. The high temperature gas after the reaction enters the heat exchanger again, after the heat exchange, and finally is discharged into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan at a lower temperature.
