3. In the same cracking chamber, heat is mainly exchanged through heat conduction, heat radiation and heat convection. This device establishes an efficient thermal convection channel, so that the material in the cracking chamber can be heated quickly and fully.
Advantages of biomass pyrolysis technology:
1.Biomass pyrolysis products are gas, tar or semi-tar, which can be utilized according to different needs.
2.Thermal cracking simplifies pollution control. When biomass is pyrolyzed in the absence of oxygen or hypoxia,NOx, SOx, HCl and other pollutants are less, and the ash content in pyrolysis flue gas is small.
3.Most of the harmful components such as sulfur and heavy metals in biomass are fixed in carbon black, from which metals can be recovered to further reduce environmental pollution.
4.Thermal cracking can process biomass that is not suitable for incineration, such as toxic and hazardous medical waste.
The main advantages of anaerobic low temperature pyrolysis technology over waste incineration:
1. Tail gas emission: Due to the thermal decomposition in an oxygen-free environment, the pyrolysis temperature is relatively low (300-450 ° C), and metals such as scrap iron, copper, aluminum (aluminum foil, tin foil) in the domestic waste will not melt and volatilize, and the exhaust gas will not melt and volatilize. Heavy metal fly ash is beneficial for its recovery from pyrolysis residues; chloride ions are accurately captured during pyrolysis, and there are no metal oxides in the flue gas, so the production of dioxins can be effectively suppressed from the source; anaerobic pyrolysis produces Combustible gas is used for heating energy, which belongs to "gas-gas" fractional combustion, multi-stage dimension reduction and precise air distribution, effectively controlling the production of NOx, CO and SO2 in the flue gas, and achieving ultra-low exhaust emissions.
